How I can support you…

  • YOGA

    I teach grounded, strengthening yoga for womens health, pregnancy and postnatal recovery, shaped by two decades of personal practice and over a decade teaching. Expect fluid, embodied movement and healing breath work — a steady space to create comfort in pregnancy, and gently rebuild strength and connection in the tender landscape after birth.

  • BIRTH PREPARATION

    My Active Birth workshops blend practical tools with calm confidence, influenced by my training with Active Birth pioneer Janet Balaskas, Hypnobirthing with KG and many years of supporting women through this transition. I’ve designed a workshop packed with essential tools so you and your birthing partner feel extremely prepared, confident and empowered — whatever your birth setting.

  • REFLEXOLOGY

    I’m a qualified reflexologist (through the prestigious London School of Reflexology), a member of a AoR with additional training in Maternity Reflexology with Sally Earlam. From fertility and conception through pregnancy and postpartum, treatments are deeply restorative — supporting the nervous system, easing stress and helping you feel more balanced, held and at home in your changing body.
