Pregnancy Yoga Classes

Suitable for complete beginners

My Pregnancy Yoga classes are a gentle, nurturing practice that helps you slow down and connect with your growing baby. Classes use functional movement to support your changing body โ€” helping you feel both energised and relaxed, while preparing you for labour, birth and beyond. With a strong focus on breath awareness, youโ€™ll learn tools to use in your labour and throughout motherhood. Over time youโ€™ll feel stronger, physically and mentally, and more confident as you approach birth and your transition into parenthood. Youโ€™ll also meet other local mums-to-be and grow your pregnancy support network, all within a warm, beautiful community.

Why practice with me?

Iโ€™ve specialised in pregnancy and postnatal yoga for 10 years and have supported hundreds of women through pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. Iโ€™ve experienced pregnancy myself, so I understand what genuinely feels good (and what doesnโ€™t) in a pregnant body.

As an Active Birth teacher, I weave practical birth prep and evidence-informed tools into every class โ€” so you feel strong, capable and well-supported.

โ€œMy little girl turned one yesterday and I still think about her birth as such an amazing experience and a lot of that was down to things I learnt in your yoga classes. Those hour long weekly classes will stay with people for a lifetime, I hope youโ€™re keeping well xxโ€

โ€œHannah not only took provided me with the space to be calm, clear and connected but gave such invaluable tips for labour positions and reassurance of all the bodily changes i was/would be going through.

Hannah teaches in such a friendly, open and non judgemental way and makes time to address ecah personโ€™s needs or niggles which felt like she really cared.โ€

โ€œThank you so much for all your help during my pregnancy. I really miss our classes. Those weekly yoga dates were such a highlight for me, they really made such a difference to my experience of pregnancy and planning for labour, and I loved the group support. Can you believe the reflexology worked so well??! I had the first session in the afternoon, and got pains that evening! 10 days early, He clearly got the memo. I was so grateful to avoid the sweets and inductionโ€
