Reflexology treatments in Crouch End and North London
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands, and face correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, reflexology helps to release tension, improve circulation, and encourage the body’s natural healing response. Just like yoga, this practice supports overall well-being, working to bring the body into a state of balance. Reflexology can be particularly beneficial for hormonal health, stress relief, and deep relaxation, making it a wonderful tool for overall wellness.

My work focuses on supporting women through the many layers of their journey to and through motherhood – from fertility and conception, through pregnancy, into the postnatal months and beyond.
Reflexology is a gentle, deeply nourishing therapy that works to calm the nervous system, rebalance the body, and encourage healing on every level – physical, emotional, and energetic. Whether you're trying to conceive, preparing for birth, recovering after, or simply feeling the weight of it all, these sessions are designed to offer space – for rest, for release, for coming back to yourself.
To truly experience the benefits of reflexology, it’s best to begin with 4–6 sessions, spaced weekly or fortnightly, allowing your body to settle into a rhythm. After this initial phase, monthly treatments help to maintain balance and ongoing support.
If this speaks to where you’re at, i’d love to support you.

“Hannah is a magician with her hands! Reflexology with her was glorious in my final weeks and I’d say one of the best value things I spent money on in my pregnancy. I would definitely book a reflexology with Hannah over a full body pregnancy massage. The reflexology felt like I was getting a full body massage through my feet 🦶❤️. Hannah was very caring and is a really calming, enriching energy to be around - I loved attending her yoga classes too.”
