Welcome, I’m Hannah – a mother, yoga teacher, active birth practitioner and reflexologist. I specialise in pregnancy, postnatal recovery and women’s health. Whether you’re navigating fertility, preparing for birth or finding your way in the postpartum landscape, I’m here to support you with care, presence and grounded guidance..

I am a devoted mother, yoga teacher, active birth practitioner and reflexologist with a decade of teaching experience and two decades of personal practice.

I specialise in pregnancy, postnatal recovery and active birth, offering grounded, strengthening classes that focus on fluid, embodied movement and healing breath-work. My classes invite you to move with awareness – whether that’s creating space in pregnancy or gently reconnecting with your body in the wild, tender landscape of the postnatal period.

Having supported hundreds of women through this powerful transition into motherhood, I hold space with quiet confidence, deep listening and trust in the body’s innate wisdom. I have been fortunate to train with some of the leading voices in women’s health – including Nadia Narain, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Tiffany Cruikshank and Active Birth pioneer Janet Balaskas – whose influence continues to shape my work, along with many other inspiring bodyworkers.

Alongside my teaching, I am a fully qualified reflexologist, having gained my diploma from the London School of Reflexology. I then went on to complete further training in Maternity Reflexology with Sally Earlam, to be able to further support women from fertility and conception through to pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period, with this incredibly powerful and deeply healing, restorative therapy.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists, I hold a growing practice dedicated to women's health and the reproductive journey. Whether through weekly classes, workshops for couples or reflexology treatments, My aim remains the same: to help you feel calm, confident and more deeply connected to the quiet strength within.

I look forward to meeting you, whether that be on the yoga mat, in a treatment, with your birthing partner or further down the line with your baby.
